Lately I’ve been losing sleep, dreaming about the things that I could be.
Could one man change the world?
It’s been really a while since I started building PentestSuite. I do this job all on my own. What? Who told you that one man can’t change the world? I do believe I can change the world. I love hacking so I want that I can do some bug bounties or I can have fun with CTF or something like that. I also want to have full power when I have my phone.
Here’s why PentestSuite is an Android app.
Maybe we think differently.
A lot of people have told me that many white hat and bug bounty hunters are used to using desktop to do this job. Yeah, that is a truth. So why do I have to let those people who think hacking is just a job, which just should be done asap, happy?
When you really love something, you will want everything just in place with perfect arrangement. This is really an expensive process. And I have paid for that. I spent nearly everyday on adding new fantastic features and finding problems regarding PentestSuite and I often stayed up all night long because I was so excited that I have to add some really cool or fix some really suck features . I know why most people will use desktop to do bug bounty, and that is what I going to fight for.
It is really a hard task to pack enormous hacking features into one small device at hand when you want the users to feel good to do the complicate jobs on phone. Hacking is not an easy job at least I mean.
I have founded some pros and cons about it.
Pros
- Phone can be wake up in no time.
- Phone has the quick touch screen.
- Phone can be brought to anywhere.
Cons
- Phone has a smaller screen compared with PC.
- Phone does not normally be used with keyboard.
- It will be easier to type something wrong on phone.
Here I just need to solve the cons. Yes, it is a truth that phone has a smaller screen but it’s not the problem in itself. It’s because nearly every app was made in an easy mode, which not only provides easier way to use, but also provides less features in fact. My target is to embed as many useful tools as possible on the premise of the good user experience.
Everything is forced to be in a perfect situation. It needs design, not only in how the code work, but also in the revolutionary UI, which requires much effort to make it fast and stable.
A luxury
Now that I have made sure its fast and stable advantage and I have sacraficed the quantity of content and features. After so many days, I realized that I have built an luxury.
The prize
I found it hard to mark it a prize that is lower than 50 dollars. It’s hard since you can’t accept that your hard work and this beautiful gadget worth less than this prize. I originally want to mark a lower prize but I failed. It’s such a wonderful work that I can’t do that.
Because it is really luxury.
No support, no environment. Everything is required to do it from scratch so it can be so good.
It’s my fault not to let you realize how beautiful it is. So here I have built an entire website for this purpose.
